On Thursday and Friday evening, 6-7 Oct, we had sessions with Brother Bill. In those sessions, my desire to take the Word and the love of God to people, really grew. Brother Bill said that we ought to be prayed up when we arrive their so that we can be sensitive to Holy Spirit. I was on the bike with Andre. And on the way there Holy Spirit was just really on my case about the day. While on the bike, I just started praying in the Spirit and Holy Spirit really started a work in my heart. In my natural temperament, I am not usually one to have compassion on people. Put this is specifically something that I have been pressing into God for – compassion on the multitudes. 

 

When we got there the love of God and the fire of God came upon me. As much as we ministered to the people, they ministered to me. I had to humble myself and renew my mind continuously, to not let what the environment or the circumstances dictated, influence me. This was a growing point for me, to be bold enough and compassionate enough to go to people and to tell them about the Man that changed my life. 

 

Many of the people we ministered to was little children under the age of 12. This really made it very practical for me on what child-like faith really is. They were so receptive of the Word of God. it encouraged me to, although I am saved and am living for God, that I can’t become familiar with the very Source of my life. 

 

Onela: Gave his heart to the Lord. 

This was a little boy. He had 2 siblings with Him and what touch me most was the fact that he did not care whether they were there seeing what he was doing, he was still going to give his heart to God. I trust God that the Word that his siblings heard, will not return to Him void. 

Karabo, Ata, Klathla, Winnie, Christina, Ilene, Rosa, Constance, Kathlego, Demsheti, Kentani and Faith also gave their hearts to God. 

There were 3 people with a very broken relationship with God. Fafa, Jeremiah and Nonklo. God said through His prophets that this is a year for relationship restoration and firstly with Him. and that is what He did for these 3 children of His. 

Fafa and Jeremiah had a friend that was with them, her name was Precious. She knew God but she said that she would like an increase in her relationship with Him. I asked her is there anything that I can pray for her, and she asked me to pray for her brother in college and her mother who was buying a car. 

 We were walking next to the road and a lady came out of her shop. We approach her and talked to her about the Lord. She did not want us to pray for her, but we did five her a prayer to pray when she is ready for that. Although she did not want to show it, I could see the tears forming in her eyes. Her name was Carina. 

 There were 2 ladies we prayed for for their healing, Princess and Gloria. 

Sunday, 9 October

 

We sang The One called Jesus and I worship you. Pastor Sharon did an altar call and she invited Brother Bill to the front to join her in making the altar call. He called people to the front that wanted an increase, a new fire and a new zeal in their hearts for God. Holy Spirit was all over me. 

This was truly a marker day for me where an Anointing transfer happened. I am truly expectant that God will show me the fullness of this in His time and that I will continue to live fully in it.
